• Plan construction projects
• Predict resources needed to complete projects
• Train and mentor workers
• In charge and responsible for equipment and materials
• General knowledge of construction trades, materials and construction methods
• Organized with exceptional time management skills, ability to plan and multitask in order to meet deadlines
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Enjoys working with a team and has a positive attitude
• Assigns workers to tasks (cutting material to size, building concrete forms, installing doors, building stairs, laying flooring.... etc.
• Ensures safety precautions are followed
• Inspects work performed by workers, subcontractors
• Supervision on field team
• Travel to job sites as needed
• Knowledge of regulations and permits required
• Ability to both do and delegate work
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and operate heavy equipment

• Must have background in residential and commercial
• 4 years of construction experience
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
