- Plan construction projects
- Predict resources needed to complete projects
- Train and mentor workers
- In charge and responsible for equipment and materials
- General knowledge of construction trades, materials and construction methods
- Organized with exceptional time management skills, ability to plan and multitask in order to meet deadlines
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Enjoys working with a team and has a positive attitude
- Assigns workers to tasks (cutting material to size, building concrete forms, installing doors, building stairs, laying flooring.... etc.
- Ensures safety precautions are followed
- Inspects work performed by workers, subcontractors
- Supervision on field team
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Knowledge of regulations and permits required
- Ability to both do and delegate work
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and operate heavy equipment
